A particularly unique watch is the Orient Star RE-AV0004N00B. starting with the watch itself. Because it is an Orient Star, excellent casing, movement, and finishing are included as standard, as well as features like sapphire glass (with an AR coating) and robust end links. The hand-windable Orient in-house F6F44 movement features a "open heart" at 9 o'clock, a power reserve indicator at 12 and a tiny second hand at 6 o'clock. You can see the functioning automatic movement through this aperture in the lovely brown/gray dial. This most recent version of movement features a 50-hour power reserve as opposed to 40 for its predecessors.
